    Meshack Asare is the 2015 recipient of the NSK NEUSTADT PRIZE FOR CHILDREN'S LITERATURE and the first African to win the award.

    African Books Collective Chairman Walter Bgoya delivered the keynote address entitled 50 Years of Independence: Reflections on the Role of Progressive African Intellectuals at the ASA UK conference last month.
