Ephraim N. Ngwafor
Ephraim N. Ngwafor holds a PhD in Law from the University of London, and is professor of Law at the University of Yaounde II, where he has also served as Dean and Rector. He is a member of the Cameroon Bar Association, a Fellow of the Cameroon Academy of Sciences, and a member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration at The Hague in the Netherlands. Professor Ngwafor has published extensively in Law.
