Ernest N. Emenyonu

ERNEST N. EMENYONU is a professor of Africana Studies at the University of Michigan-Flint. A specialist in African Literature, he has taught African Literature in institutions of higher learning in Nigeria and the United States, and published extensively in the field. His other children’s books include a series, Bedtime Stories For African Children. He has also published a collection of short stories, Tales of Our Motherland. He is the Editor of African Literature Today.

Philemon A.K. Mushi

Prof. Mushi holds; B.Ed. (Hons), M.A. (Ed.) and Ph.D. and is currently the first and founder Principal of the Mkwawa University College of Education (MUCE), a Constituent College of the University of Dar es Salaam. He has served in various capacities at the University of Dar es Salaam: as Associate Dean (Academic), Faculty of Education (1993-1994); Head, Department of Adult Education and Extension Services (1997-2000); Chief Coordinator, University of Dar es Salaam Teaching and Learning Improvement Programme (UTLIP); and Director, Post-Graduate Studies between 2000 and 2003.
