Gabriel Ellison

Gabriel Ellison, a renowned Zambian artist, has also written several books. These include stories for children published by Macmillan and Bookworld Publishers and several novels. Her stories have been broadcast on the BBC World Service. Ellison’s non fiction publications include They Came to Build (a commemoration of Anderson and Anderson), Harmony of Hooves (a history of racing and polo in Northern Rhodesia/Zambia) which she co-authored and Art in Zambia.
