About the Authors

Julius Onivehu Beida

Beida Onivehu Julius has over 14 years lecturing experience, he is currently the Head of Department Public and Private law at Bingham University Karu, Nasarawa state. The Ahmadu Bello University graduate of law holds a Master's degree in Law and Business Administration and is currently pursuing his Doctorate Degree in Law. He has several published articles to his credit in both local and international Journals. Other books authored by him includes: Corporate law in Nigeria, Law of Contract, Legal Aspect of Web Development Issue and Commercial Law in Nigeria. He is married and blessed with Children.

King James Nkum

King James Nkum studied his undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Nigeria and America respectively. He Is a Senior Lawyer, Senior Lecturer and Deputy Dean/Head of Private and Property Law Department at the Faculty of Law in Taraba State University. He is also Visiting Lecturer to Triune Biblical University-  USA. World Leadership University, Zimbabwe, and Facilitator/Project Coordinator at National Open University of Nigeria. A Human Rights Defender, King is the Lead Partner at Kingseal Lawyers and Founder/Executive Director of Kingsland Foundation. He has authored several books and journal articles. For pastime, he enjoys playing lawn tennis, golf, chess and travelling.
