Albert Azeyeh
Born in 1951 at Kribi, Cameroon, Albert Azeyeh holds a BA, (1973) PG Dip. (1974) from the University of Yaoundé and an MA (1977) and Ph.D. (1988) from the University of Paris III - Sorbonne Nouvelle. He has authored many publications on colonial education, Western ideology in Africa and also French and African literary semiotics. Formerly Director of academic affairs at the University of Buea, Professor Azeyeh is presently the Dean of the Faculty of Arts in the same university. In addition, he is editor in chief of the reviews Papyrus & Epasa Moto with ties to architecture, languages and cultures.
