Apolo Robin Nsibambi

The late Apolo Robin Nsibambi is a professor of Political Science and Public Administration. He was Prime Minister of Uganda and Leader of Government Business in Parliament from 5 April 1999 to 10 June 2011. He has 54 publications including a book on decentralisation and civil society in Uganda: The Quest for Good Governance, 1998.
