Arne Tostensen

Arne Tostensen is a Senior Researcher at Chr. Michelsen Institute, Bergen, Norway. He holds a PhD in sociology from the University of Bergen. He has been involved in research on governance and political institutions in Eastern and Southern Africa, including on human rights and poverty reduction. He has authored and edited several books and published widely in journals.
